Muscat

Muscat De Beaulieu BV (375ml)
This delicious dessert wine was a favorite of Georges de Latour, the founder of Beaulieu Vineyard, and has been made in the same manner since 1922. Muscat grapes have been known since ancient times for producing sweet wines with a fine bouquet, great elegance and intense flavor.

Michele Chiarlo Nivole Moscato d'Asti 375ML 2006
The name ”Nivole,” which means ”clouds” in Piedmontese dialect, appropriately suggests the wine’s airy, elegant quality The fragrant, intensely fruity bouquet, offset by musky notes, leads to a refined sweetness supported by an excellent acid balance on the palate, with a suggestion of effervescence in the texture. The finish is clean and crisp, with a persistent flavor of grape and citrus characteristic of the variety. Exuberant aromas of tropical fruit and honeysuckle blossoms mark this fresh, lightly sparkling wine and carry into a palate of ripe melon and mango flavors finishing on a delicate sweet note underscored by bright acidity.

R.L Buller & Son Victoria (375ml)
This dessert wine is amber in color with orange tints. It is aromatic with toffee and malt aromas. The palate is smooth and textured with toffee and caramel sweetness balanced by a touch of rancio.
