Rene Barbier (Spain)
A Spanish white wine that is clean and crisp, with lemon and hints of lime. Nice floral notes smooth out the citrus, and it finishes with a subtle vanilla and clove flavoring.

Archetype Cabernet+Shiraz 2004 (Barossa Valley, Austalia)
This Australian red is full-bodied and exhibits flavors of plum, spice and blackberries and anise.

McManis Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 (California)
Deep ruby-purple in color, the McManis Cab has a very distinctive blackberry component that is layered
with hints of blueberries and oak.

Hardwood Fire-Grilled Rib Eye Steak - 5:00pm to 10:00pm

Certified Angus 12 oz Rib Eye steak cooked over hickory and applewood.
The heat of the hardwood leaves the steak pleasantly charred.
All steaks are served with our signature steak sauce, burgundy mushrooms and a baked potato.
